The Pastor of Rock Of Ages Christian Fellowship, Emmanuel A. Bada, is a humble servant of God with an undying passion for God’s word and righteousness. He has been in ministry for over 20 years. Since a young age, Pastor Bada has been dedicated to seeing lives changed through the grace and redemptive power of Jesus Christ. He is a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel. He attended Ambassador College, Berean School of the Bible, and Global University. He has served as a Minister, an Elder, and a Teacher of the Word with a shepherd’s heart. He is passionate about living a life of integrity and righteousness. The Lord uses him as an instrument of honor to seek justice for the poor and defend their rights. Marriages and relationships are being healed, restored, revived, and re-energized through his teaching of the Word and by godly example.
The call to start Rock of Ages Christian Fellowship was birthed in prayer and fasting. During one of their personal retreats to seek God’s face, the Lord revealed to Pastor Emmanuel Bada and his wife Lavinia that He is appointing them to start a ministry of refuge for all nations to disciple souls in becoming ambassadors of reconciliation, to restore broken hearts, to faithfully lead and provoke them to live holy and righteous life, to teach them sound doctrine and to provoke them to wholesome thinking. He believes that we must all be like the Bereans that daily searches the Scriptures.
Rock of Ages Christian Fellowship was founded as a non-denominational church to be a church of refuge and restoration for all nations where healing of the soul, the heart and mind takes place; where people receive freedom to fulfill their God-given purpose and plan and Jesus Christ the Rock is glorified. Our vision is to see Rock of Ages Christian Fellowship as a dynamic, Spirit-filled, and Spirit-led non-traditional church for all nations; impacting souls in our city, state, nation and the world through Christ-centered faith teaching and developing souls from disciple to ambassador.
He believes that all believers are “blessed and highly favored”. This is our position in Jesus, no matter what our physical situation or circumstances are.
He also believes that even in this fallen immoral world, we can still train ourselves to be Godly through the power of the Holy Spirit. He said, “If you tolerate unrighteousness, you’re perpetuating it!”.
He and his wife Lavinia led a Home Fellowship for over 15 years. They have been providentially married for over 30 years and are blessed with three children, Tosin, Tobi, and Tomi.
